Fieldstone Estates, in the borough of Clarks Summit, was a blend of both beautiful custom homes along the Country Club of Scranton and luxurious townhouses. There, we built 10 magnificent residential homes on large, oversized lots, as well as 60 townhome units. Our goal was to create distinctive homes, but more than that, we wanted to build a well-planned, distinguished community.

Nearby, we built Stone Crest Estates, a private development of six, two unit attached townhouses of high end quality. Our homes were thoughtfully constructed with our customers’ needs in mind.

In historic Waverly, we developed Sterling Estates. A 27-lot development nestled in a country-like setting with wonderful views of our area mountains. The impressive homes we built were specifically designed to harmonize with the scenic beauty of the surrounding landscape. We are currently building custom homes on the final two lots in the development.
